Allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed.
-Allow 5-10 days for shipping.
-Orders are not fulfilled on Saturday & Sundays/Holidays.
-Orders are shipped using priority mail so please allow 3-5 days to receive your package once shipped.
-Once orders are shipped you will receive a tracking number.
-Once USPS receives your package we are no longer responsible.
Return Policy
-All sales on our products are FINAL.
-No returns/exchanges are available.
-Giving circumstances where you receive a damaged/wrong product you MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!
-All Hair Products must be in original packaging & not used.
-Once packages are in USPS services everything is out of our hands.
